Shannon L. Evans, Esq.

Managing Attorney

Shannon L. Evans brings over 25 years of legal experience to her role as managing attorney at Evans & Associates. Licensed in both Nevada and California, Shannon holds a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from the same institution. Her practice areas include estate planning, business law, probate, and special needs planning.


Shannon's dedication to her clients is matched by her commitment to the broader community. She is a member of the National LGBT Bar Association and serves on the Vegas PBS Planned Giving Committee. Shannon has also contributed articles to publications such as Ed Slott’s IRA Advisor and Dental Economics Magazine, and she frequently speaks at industry events.


Outside of her legal work, Shannon enjoys horseback riding, reading, contemporary art, wine tasting, and public speaking.
