The firm was established in 1992 in Las Vegas, Nevada, by Patricia Brown. In September of 1997, Shannon L. Evans purchased the firm which continues under the name of Evans & Associates.
Corporate client services include the selection and formation of appropriate entities; selection of qualified retirement plans and SEP IRA’s and selection of appropriate retirement beneficiary designations to ensure maximum protection for the beneficiaries. Personal planning client services include setting up and revising trusts and estates, wills and probate. Asset protection is customized to suit each individual and is tailored to avoid any fraudulent transfer claims.
